User Management Panel
View, invite, and manage all members in your organization.
The User Management page allows users with Owner and Admin roles to manage all team members connected to their organization from a single central location. The panel displays each user's name, email address, role, status (active / inactive), and the facilities they have access to.
Invite & Onboarding
Enter an email address to instantly invite a team member. The invitation link is delivered automatically.
Role Assignment & Update
Assign Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer roles at creation or update them at any time.
Facility-Based Access
Each user can be assigned to specific facilities only, ensuring data isolation.
Status Management
Temporarily deactivate active users; restrict access without deleting the account.
Search & Filter
Instant live search and filtering by name, email, role, or status.
Advanced Sorting
Click any column header to sort users by multiple criteria in ascending or descending order.
User Roles
Each role carries a different permission level. Assigning the correct role is critical for data security.
Full account owner. Has access to all settings, billing, and user management; can assign another Owner.
Invites users, changes roles, manages facilities. Cannot access billing or assign Owner.
Views data and edits widgets in assigned facilities. Cannot access user management.
Read-only access only. Cannot edit or delete any data.
Updating a Role
User Statuses
Active and inactive statuses directly affect access rights.
When a deactivated user is reactivated, their account and all previous facility assignments are restored as-is. For permanent deletion, use the Delete option on the user's row.
Sorting & Filtering
Sort the user list by the following criteria.
Sortable Fields
Click any column header to sort in ascending or descending order.
Filter Options
Narrow the list down to just the user group you need.
Filter by Role
Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer — single or multi-select.
Filter by Status
Filter by Active, Inactive, or Invitation Pending.
Filter by Facility
Quickly find users assigned to a specific facility.
Text Search
Instant live search by name or email.
Adding a New User
Follow these steps to invite a team member to the platform.

Owner / Admin Only
Inviting users, updating roles, and deactivating accounts can only be performed by users with Owner or Admin roles. Member and Viewer roles cannot access this page.
