Feature requests
You can report new features or improvements you need on the SolarTools platform directly to our technical team via the Development Requests module. All requests you open are evaluated for technical feasibility and urgency before being processed.
Listing and Tracking Requests
You can view all the requests you have created in a single list. You can instantly find the request you are looking for by filtering the list using multi-dimensional filters such as All Priorities (Urgent, High, Medium, Low), All Statuses (Rejected, Completed, In Progress, Pending), and All Categories (Dashboard, Device, Alarm, Reporting, Mobile Interface, Other).

New Request Flow
When opening a new request, the system provides guiding steps. After detailing the title, relevant category, and your expectations, your request is placed in the technical evaluation queue.

Request Evaluation and Feedback Process
Every request you create is subjected to a detailed analysis by our technical team. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly via the request details page. When your request is concluded (Completed or Rejected), you will be instantly notified via system notifications.
