Dashboards
Active dashboards, solution templates, custom dashboards, SCADA and analytics.
The Dashboards module serves as the central visualization area within the SolarTools platform, enabling users to monitor operational, energy, and device data from a single screen. Users can leverage predefined templates, create custom dashboards, and design fully personalized monitoring environments tailored to their specific needs.
How Are Dashboards Created?
There are two different ways to create a new dashboard in SolarTools. Users can either use one of the ready-made solution templates or design fully customized dashboards tailored to their specific requirements.

Example Use Case
Energy Consumption Monitoring
An energy manager wants to monitor facility-wide energy consumption. The process begins by selecting an appropriate dashboard from the Solution Templates page. Once deployed, live operational data can be monitored through the Active Dashboards page. Additional charts, data cards, and tables can later be added using the Dashboard Editor to further customize the monitoring experience.
