Prerequisites

Before starting this guide, you only need the following:

  • A SolarTools portal account (trial or live)
  • An industrial device with internet access (PLC, meter, sensor, etc.)
  • A gateway hardware the device can connect to — any Linux-based mini-PC or industrial gateway will do
