The Scheduled Report Management page is the central location where all scheduled reports are displayed and managed. From this screen, you can monitor report schedules, execute them manually when needed, edit their configurations, or remove them.

Management Actions

Several management actions are available for each scheduled report, allowing you to generate reports immediately or update existing schedules.

Run Manually

Execute
The Run action generates the report immediately without waiting for the next scheduled execution. This is useful for testing schedules or generating reports on demand.

Update
Update the report type, template, execution frequency, delivery method, or other settings. Changes are applied during the next scheduled execution.

Delete Schedule

Management
Remove schedules that are no longer required. Deleted schedules are no longer executed and are removed from the list.

Listing
Enable the Show Inactive Schedules option to display disabled report schedules and manage them when necessary.

Locate the Schedule

Find the scheduled report from the list.

Review Status

Check its status and upcoming execution time.

Choose an Action

Run, edit, or delete the selected schedule.

Complete Management

Save changes and finish the management process.

Things to Consider

Manual Execution

The Run button generates the report immediately without affecting the existing schedule configuration.

Inactive Status

Inactive schedules are not executed automatically but can be reactivated whenever required.

Updating Schedules

Any configuration changes become effective during the next scheduled execution after they are saved.
