What can be monitored?

SolarTools Energy Portal allows you to monitor and manage any IoT device you can communicate with from a single screen, regardless of brand or model.

Regardless of the type of infrastructure in the field, you can integrate all your devices that use standard communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA, etc.) into the platform. Below are the main categories of devices and sensors supported by the platform:

Energy Infrastructure and Consumption

Monitor all energy consumption and infrastructure health in your facility from a single center. Achieve brand-independent integration using standard protocols.

  • Energy Analyzers: Phase voltages, currents, harmonics.
  • Transformer Devices: Temperature, oil level.
  • Switch Positions: MV/LV cell statuses.
  • Consumption Meters: Electricity, water, steam, natural gas.

Industrial Automation (SCADA)

Track the status of PLCs, sensors, and motors on your production lines live. Simplify complex processes with modern interfaces.

  • PLCs & Controllers: Siemens, Schneider production data.
  • Process Equipment: Motor speeds, pump pressures, valves.
  • Field Sensors: Flow, temperature, weight measurement.

Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind)

Analyze performance losses in your solar and wind plants with AI. Instantly compare expected and actual production.

  • Inverter Data: DC/AC power conversion rates.
  • Weather Stations: Irradiation, panel temperature, and wind speed.
  • AI-Powered Forecasting: Production Forecast and I-V Curve Analysis.

Mobile Assets & Environmental Monitoring

View your field vehicles and environmental factors instantly on the map. Transcend boundaries with location-based asset management.

  • Mobile Assets: GPS-based mobile heavy machinery and fleet tracking.
  • Environmental Sensors: Air quality (CO2), humidity, atmospheric pressure.
  • Agricultural Monitoring: Soil moisture and climate sensors.

Live Data Flow and Control

Do not just monitor; intervene remotely with two-way communication and design advanced scenarios.

  • Telemetry: Live chart updates at defined intervals.
  • RPC (Remote Command): Remote motor stop or valve open.
  • Rule Chains: Automatic actions via SMS/Email in alarm conditions.

Tip — Each measurement point added to the platform is called a tag (data point). There is no limit to the number of devices on our platform; billing is calculated entirely based on the number of active tags. You can also create virtual tags to build your own metrics.
