Account & Data Deletion Request

1. Overview

At SolarTools, we believe you should stay in control of your personal data. Every user of our app or portal (portal.solartools.com.tr) has the right to request the deletion of their account and any personal data associated with it from our systems.

2. How to Request

If you want your account deleted, send an email with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" to the address below:

• Email: devsolartools@gmail.com
• In your email, it is enough to state the email address registered to your account.

3. Data That Is Deleted

Once your request is received, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days at the latest. This includes:

• Full name,
• Email address,
• Phone number,
• Account preferences and settings.

4. Data That Is Retained

Data that must be retained due to legal obligations (for example invoices, payment and commercial records) is kept for the period required by the applicable legislation. Once that period ends, such data is permanently deleted as well. This data is not used for active marketing or profiling.

5. Processing Time and Confirmation

When the deletion is complete, a confirmation notice is sent to the email address stated in your request. The process is irreversible; deleted accounts and data cannot be restored.
